The service covers all of Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman: in Dubai, that nurse typically reaches you within 30 minutes with free collection; Sharjah and Ajman are usually 45 to 60 minutes with a small collection charge confirmed at booking. Your report is emailed to you, usually within 24 hours.
The word "doorstep" is doing real work here: it's not a courier picking up a sample you've already drawn yourself, and it's not a scaled-down mobile service with limited tests. We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Early for a fasting test before a flight, late in the evening after a long day, or mid-afternoon at your desk — the schedule bends around you, not the other way round.
A nurse arrives at your actual door
Not a courier, not a drop-box — a DHA-licensed nurse or phlebotomist, in uniform, carrying identification. In most parts of Dubai, that's within 30 minutes of confirming.
The sample is collected, on the spot
Sterile, single-use equipment opened in front of you; tubes labelled at your side, at the moment of collection. The draw itself takes five to ten minutes, then the nurse leaves — no waiting room, because there wasn't one.
Your report reaches you digitally
The sample travels to an accredited laboratory under temperature-controlled conditions, and your report is emailed to you — usually within 24 hours for routine tests. You never have to go anywhere to collect it.

Laboratories
Samples are processed by accredited partner laboratories including VM Labs, MDC Laboratories, PH Diagnostic and Al Farabi Medical Laboratories — the same laboratories used by clinics across Dubai.
