Welcome to Luxury Wellness Home Healthcare Center LLC (“Luxury Wellness,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile services, digital platforms, and all healthcare services provided by Luxury Wellness.

By accessing our website, booking an appointment, using our online services, or receiving healthcare services from Luxury Wellness, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.


1. About Luxury Wellness

Luxury Wellness Home Healthcare Center LLC is a licensed healthcare provider operating in the Emirate of Dubai and regulated by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).

We provide professional healthcare services at patients’ homes, workplaces, hotels, and other approved locations in accordance with applicable UAE laws and DHA regulations.


2. Applicable Laws

These Terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, including but not limited to:

  • UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL)

  • UAE Federal Law No. 2 of 2019 Concerning the Use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Health Fields

  • Cabinet Resolution No. 6 of 2022 concerning the Executive Regulations of the PDPL

  • Ministerial Resolution No. 51 of 2021 concerning Health Data

  • Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations and professional licensing requirements

  • UAE Consumer Protection legislation

  • Applicable UAE Commercial Transactions and Electronic Commerce laws

  • Any other applicable healthcare, taxation, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements


3. Healthcare Services

Luxury Wellness may provide healthcare services including, but not limited to:

  • Doctor consultations at home

  • Nursing care at home

  • Laboratory sample collection

  • Blood tests at home

  • Diagnostic health screening

  • Physiotherapy

  • IV therapy and wellness drips

  • Injection services

  • Medication administration

  • Chronic disease management

  • Elderly care

  • Post-operative care

  • Home vaccinations

  • Wellness programs

  • Medical assessments

  • Corporate healthcare services

All services are performed by DHA-licensed healthcare professionals within the limits of their professional scope of practice.


4. Medical Disclaimer

Healthcare services provided by Luxury Wellness are based on the patient’s clinical condition at the time of assessment.

Our services do not replace emergency medical care.

If you are experiencing:

  • Chest pain

  • Difficulty breathing

  • Stroke symptoms

  • Severe bleeding

  • Loss of consciousness

  • Seizures

  • Any other life-threatening emergency

You should immediately call 998 (Ambulance) or visit the nearest emergency department.

Luxury Wellness does not guarantee any specific medical outcome or treatment result.


5. Eligibility

You may use our services only if:

  • You are at least 18 years of age; or

  • You are acting on behalf of a minor or legally incapacitated patient as their parent, guardian, or legally authorized representative.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when requesting healthcare services.

Providing false or misleading information may result in refusal or termination of services.

Services for Children (Minors)

Luxury Wellness Home Healthcare Center LLC provides home healthcare and diagnostic laboratory services for patients of all ages, including infants, children, and adolescents.

For patients under the age of 18 years, healthcare services may only be requested, authorized, and consented to by a parent, legal guardian, or other legally authorized representative, except where applicable UAE laws or Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations provide otherwise.

The parent or legal guardian is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate medical and personal information about the child.

  • Giving informed consent before any examination, laboratory test, treatment, or healthcare service is performed.

  • Ensuring the child is accompanied by a responsible adult during the healthcare visit where appropriate.

  • Following post-treatment or post-test instructions provided by our healthcare professionals.

Luxury Wellness reserves the right to decline or postpone services where appropriate consent cannot be verified or where providing the requested service would not be in the best clinical interests of the child.


6. Appointment Booking

Appointments may be booked through:

  • Our website

  • Telephone

  • WhatsApp

  • Email

  • Authorized customer service representatives

  • Approved referral partners

Appointment requests remain subject to healthcare professional availability and clinical suitability.

Luxury Wellness reserves the right to decline or reschedule appointments where necessary for operational or clinical reasons.


7. Home Visit Requirements

Patients agree to:

  • Provide accurate address details

  • Ensure safe access to the premises

  • Provide a clean and safe treatment environment

  • Inform us of infectious diseases where applicable

  • Ensure pets are secured during healthcare visits

  • Notify us of any safety risks before the visit

Healthcare professionals may discontinue services if the environment presents a risk to patient or staff safety.


8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled without charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Luxury Wellness reserves the right to charge cancellation or call-out fees where:

  • The patient is unavailable

  • Access to the premises is denied

  • Incorrect address information is provided

  • Short-notice cancellations occur

  • Healthcare staff have already been dispatched

Emergency cancellations are assessed individually.


9. Pricing and Payments

Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

Payments may be made through:

  • Credit cards

  • Debit cards

  • Secure online payment gateways

  • Bank transfer

  • Approved digital payment providers

  • Cash where permitted

Insurance coverage is subject to:

  • Policy eligibility

  • Insurance approval

  • Applicable deductibles

  • Co-payments

  • Coverage limitations

Patients remain responsible for any charges not covered by insurance.


10. Refund Policy

Refunds are assessed individually and may be approved where:

  • Duplicate payments occur

  • Services cannot be delivered

  • Luxury Wellness cancels an appointment without offering a suitable alternative

  • Applicable consumer protection laws require a refund

Refunds are generally not available once healthcare services have been delivered.

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method whenever possible.


11. Medical Records

Luxury Wellness maintains medical records in accordance with UAE healthcare legislation and DHA regulations.

Medical records remain the property of Luxury Wellness while patients retain legal rights of access as permitted by law.

Patients may request copies of their records subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.


12. Privacy and Confidentiality

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UAE legislation.

Health information is handled in accordance with:

  • UAE Personal Data Protection Law

  • UAE Health Data Law

  • DHA Health Information policies

  • NABIDH regulations

13. NABIDH Health Information Exchange

Where required by DHA regulations, authorized healthcare professionals involved in your treatment may access or exchange your health information through the Dubai Health Authority’s Health Information Exchange (NABIDH).

Such access is conducted only in accordance with applicable UAE legislation and DHA policies.


14. Patient Responsibilities

Patients agree to:

  • Provide accurate medical information

  • Disclose allergies and medications

  • Follow clinical advice

  • Treat healthcare staff respectfully

  • Make timely payments

  • Notify us of changes to appointments

  • Comply with applicable healthcare instructions

Failure to do so may affect the delivery of services.


15. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

  • Logos

  • Trademarks

  • Images

  • Graphics

  • Videos

  • Software

  • Text

  • Medical content

  • Website design

  • Branding

is owned by Luxury Wellness or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws.

No material may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, or commercially exploited without our prior written consent.


16. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Upload malicious software

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Interfere with website operations

  • Submit false bookings

  • Use automated systems without permission

  • Copy website content

  • Violate applicable laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Luxury Wellness shall not be liable for:

Luxury Wellness shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Civil disturbances

  • Power outages

  • Internet failures

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Extreme weather conditions


20. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luxury Wellness, its directors, officers, physicians, nurses, employees, affiliates, contractors, and representatives against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • False information provided by you

21. Suspension or Termination

Luxury Wellness may suspend or terminate services where:

  • False information is provided

  • Staff safety is threatened

  • Abuse or harassment occurs

  • Payment obligations are not fulfilled

  • Applicable laws require termination

  • Continued treatment is clinically inappropriate


22. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to:

  • Change pricing

  • Update operational procedures

  • Improve website functionality

  • Discontinue services where necessary


23. Amendments to These Terms

24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, unless mandatory UAE law provides otherwise.
