  • Diagnostic laboratory tests at home
  • IV infusion therapy administered at home

All services are administered by licensed healthcare professionals in accordance with DHA guidelines and UAE federal regulations.

  1. User Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or legally represented by a parent or guardian;
  • Submit accurate, complete, and current information during service requests or registrations;
  • Accept and comply with these Terms, Privacy Policy, and any applicable UAE healthcare regulations.
  1. Appointments and Cancellations
  • Appointments must be scheduled via our website, telephone, or authorized representatives.
  • Changes or cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
  • Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in non-refundable charges.
